Welcome to Distinguished Young Women 2025

We are delighted to host the 2025 Distinguished Young Women local preliminary competition for the nationally recognized DYW scholarship and leadership program.

Distinguished Young Women, formerly known as America’s Junior Miss, is the nation’s oldest and largest scholarship program for high school girls, celebrating over 782,000 participants and awarding over $122 million in cash tuition scholarships at local, state, and national levels 

Each participant competes in five performance categories: Interview, Scholastics, Talent, Fitness, and Self‑Expression—developing not just stage presence, but skills that serve well beyond high school graduation 

TICKET RESALE POLICY

Tickets purchased through Weldon Mills Theatre are NOT eligible for resale. The resale or attempted resale of tickets at any price is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to request valid ID from the ticket purchaser at check-in, which requires the original buyer to be present for the party to gain entry to the concert. 

Only tickets purchased directly from weldonmillstheatre.com or TicketSpice (our only authorized ticketing site) are valid for entry. Any tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will NOT be honored.
